About the Role
We are hiring a Business Lead: Partnerships & Business Development to support revenue growth and brand collaborations at Bhag. This is a hands-on, on-site role based in Delhi.
The role involves brand outreach, partnership discussions, deal closures, and execution support for events and activations. You will work closely with the founding team and contribute directly to business outcomes.
This position offers high exposure to business operations, partnerships, and revenue execution in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of professional experience in sales, partnerships, business development, agency, or startup environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities and on-ground coordination
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines
Scope of Work: Business Lead (Partnerships & Business Development)
Revenue & Business Growth
- Support and manage revenue across partnerships, events, and collaborations
- Execute and close brand partnership agreements
Partnerships & Brand Collaborations
- Present proposals to potential partners
- Coordinate partnership discussions and negotiations
- Manage partner relationships end-to-end
Events & Activations
- Coordinate business execution for events and brand activations
- Ensure agreed partner deliverables are met on-site
Commercial & Contract Coordination
- Assist with pricing discussions, scopes of work, invoicing, and collections
- Track timelines and payment milestones
Strategic Initiatives
- Support the development of new revenue streams
- Contribute to long-term partnership planning
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with founders and internal teams
- Maintain basic reporting on leads, deals, and closures
