Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, understands how agencies operate, and can spot win-win opportunities between partners and products.

In this role, you'll help Shopify agencies discover how partnering with BotSpace can add value to their clients by improving sales automation and customer engagement using WhatsApp and AI. You'll be responsible for identifying relevant agencies, reaching out to them through outbound calls and LinkedIn, and initiating partnership conversations.

You'll be the first point of contact for potential partners and will play a key role in growing BotSpace's partner ecosystem.

You'll need the following skillsets to be successful in this role

• 1+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Sales (SaaS, B2B, or agency ecosystem experience preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with outbound outreach via calls, LinkedIn, and email
• Comfortable researching agencies and decision-makers using LinkedIn and online platforms
• Ability to understand agency business models and identify partnership opportunities
• Comfortable using CRM tools to track conversations, follow-ups, and partnership outcomes
• As a fully remote team, we're looking for proactive individuals who take ownership and move conversations forward independently

What You'll Do

• Research and identify Shopify agencies and e-commerce partners
• Conduct outbound calls and LinkedIn outreach to introduce BotSpace's partnership program
• Understand agency offerings and assess alignment with BotSpace's product and customers
• Initiate and manage early-stage partnership conversations
• Qualify potential partners and guide them through the next steps in the partnership process
• Maintain accurate partner data, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM
• Work closely with founders and internal teams to refine partnership messaging and positioning
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for outreach, conversations, and qualified partners
• Continuously learn about the Shopify ecosystem, agency landscape, and SaaS partnerships
