Role Description

This is an on-site Partnership Sales role based in Gurugram offered on a contract basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive real estate portfolio growth and client engagement. Day-to-day tasks will include managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, closing sales opportunities, collaborating with other teams to develop business strategies, and delivering customized solutions to meet client objectives while achieving sales goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market trends and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in fostering partnerships and building strategic relationships in business environments.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage and negotiate with clients and partners.
  • Proven sales expertise with a focus on customer needs and achieving measurable results.
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the real estate sector and property advisory services is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
