Responsibilities
Drive new logo acquisition and build a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner networks.
Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from lead generation to closure.
Engage with CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement Heads, and key stakeholders.
Influence RFP opportunities and develop strategic customer relationships.
Collaborate with pre-sales and internal teams to close high-value deals.
Travel extensively for client engagement and business development.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
12 15 years of enterprise software sales experience.
Experience selling ERP, BPM, DMS, AI/ML, or similar enterprise solutions.
Strong network within large System Integrators and BFSI organizations.
Proven track record of closing 1 Cr+ enterprise deals.
Knowledge of GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement, and government tendering processes.
Strong hunting, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
