About The Role

Hiring a results-driven sales professional to drive new business acquisition for AI-powered enterprise solutions through System Integrators and enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition and build a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner networks.
  • Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from lead generation to closure.
  • Engage with CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement Heads, and key stakeholders.
  • Influence RFP opportunities and develop strategic customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and internal teams to close high-value deals.
  • Travel extensively for client engagement and business development.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • 12 15 years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Experience selling ERP, BPM, DMS, AI/ML, or similar enterprise solutions.
  • Strong network within large System Integrators and BFSI organizations.
  • Proven track record of closing 1 Cr+ enterprise deals.
  • Knowledge of GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement, and government tendering processes.
  • Strong hunting, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
