Job Title: Partner Sales Manager

Position Type: Full Time

Location: Mumbai & Chennai (Remote)

Role Summary

The Partner Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business through channel partners, system integrators, and distributors. The role focuses on developing partner relationships, enabling partners, and generating revenue through the partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with channel partners and system integrators.
  • Identify and onboard new partners to expand the partner network.
  • Drive partner-led sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Support partners with product presentations, customer meetings, and solution positioning.
  • Partner Sales team enablement (Sales, Pre sales, technical training)
  • Partner leadership team engagement 9 CEO. CXO, Founder)
  • Partner governance plans
  • Weekly| monthly | quarterly reports
  • Build and drive partner rewards | recognition | incentives | promos | rebates etc
  • Work with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Marketing) to execute partner programs.
  • Track partner pipeline and sales performance.
  • Requirements

    • 10+ years of experience in Channel Sales / Partner Sales in IT or cybersecurity.
    • Strong network with VARs, distributors, and system integrators.
    • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Experience in selling enterprise IT solutions is preferred.
