Doorush is a fast-growing home services platform that providesmaids, cooks, and quick-help services within 10 minutes. We are rapidly expanding across Chennai and other regions, onboarding high-quality partners and ensuring a seamless experience for both users and service providers.

We are looking for aPartner Relationship Managerwho will be responsible for acquiring new partners, onboarding them into the platform, managing their performance, and ensuring they deliver high-quality service.

This role directly impacts customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Identify and recruit new service partners (maids, cooks, helpers, quick-help workers).
• Conduct interviews, verify documents, and ensure eligibility criteria are met.
• Explain Doorush policies, pricing, incentives, and service quality expectations.
• Guide partners through app usage, training, and setup during onboarding.

• Be the primary point of contact for all partners in your assigned zone.
• Resolve partner issues, grievances, or operational challenges quickly.
• Monitor partner attendance, performance, and service quality.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with existing partners to maintain strong relationships.

• Ensure partners follow Doorush guidelines, SOPs, and customer service standards.
• Track partner ratings, cancellation rates, and user feedback.
• Identify low-performing partners and provide coaching to improve.

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, tech) for smooth partner functioning.
• Help maintain partner availability during peak demand.
• Support in managing daily service operations and field tasks when required.

• 13 years of experience in operations, partner/vendor management, or field sales (freshers with strong communication can also apply).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of app-based platforms (Swiggy, Zepto, Urban Company, Ola style operations).
• Ability to work on the ground and interact with partners daily.
• Problem-solving attitude and high ownership mindset.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
