Job Description

  • Identify potential leads and actively prospect for Key accounts (Individual/Firm) who can solicit Life insurance Business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth onboarding with ABSLI.
  • Continuously strive to achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of proven success in field sales, preferably in the life insurance sector.
  • Prior Business development experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and overcome objections.
  • In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
