- Identify potential leads and actively prospect for Key accounts (Individual/Firm) who can solicit Life insurance Business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth onboarding with ABSLI.
- Continuously strive to achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of proven success in field sales, preferably in the life insurance sector.
- Prior Business development experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and overcome objections.
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
