Job Description

Role Summary

Narwal is looking for a strategic and results-driven Partner Marketing Manager to build, scale, and lead our partner marketing ecosystem. As we accelerate our growth in the AI, Data, Digital, and QE space, your mission will be to transform our partner network into a high-performing engine for brand visibility and revenue generation.

Unlike traditional channel roles, you won't just be managing partners; you will be positioning Narwal as the preferred implementation partner for global tech giants. By showcasing our technical excellence and delivery success (with partners like Tricentis), you will drive a steady stream of partner-influenced pipelines. This is a high-visibility role where your success directly impacts our market expansion in the US and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Ecosystem Integration
  • Identify and penetrate strategic partner ecosystems that align with Narwal's AI, Data, and QE service offerings.
  • Lead the process of getting Narwal onboarded into partner programs, ensuring we meet all criteria to become a high-tier, preferred service provider.
  • Develop and execute joint Go-To-Market (GTM) plans that align Narwal's expertise with the partner's product roadmap.
  • Performance-Driven Advocacy & Relationships
  • Act as the primary marketing liaison between Narwal and our partners, fostering deep relationships built on mutual technical trust.
  • Drive Referral Velocity: Leverage successful project implementations and positive customer feedback to encourage partners to proactively advocate for Narwal.
  • Manage regular Partner Huddles and feedback loops to ensure our service delivery aligns with the partner's vision and market needs.
  • Pipeline Generation & Brand Visibility
  • Create and manage a robust channel for partner-influenced pipeline, ensuring every lead is tracked from attribution to conversion within our CRM.
  • Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to turn customer wins into marketing gold that strengthens the partner relationship.
  • Position Narwal as a thought leader within the partner's internal community so their sales teams think of us first for implementation.
  • Co-Created Thought Leadership & Global Presence
  • Collaborate with partners to produce high-value co-branded content, including technical whitepapers, case studies, and industry reports.
  • Ensure Narwal is prominently featured on partner websites, in their internal resource portals, and across their social media channels.
  • Lead the planning and execution of joint webinars, workshops, and high-level roundtables that showcase our integrated solutions.
  • Global Events & Participation
  • Represent Narwal at major partner-hosted events and international trade shows (specifically US-based) to maximize visibility and network with key stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, ensuring our presence is professional, high-impact, and generates quality leads.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Partner-Influenced Pipeline: Volume and value of leads originating from the partner ecosystem.
  • Ecosystem Tier Progression: Successfully moving Narwal up the ladder in partner programs (e.g., Bronze to Gold/Platinum status).
  • Joint Content Output: Quality and reach of co-authored case studies and webinars.
  • Lead Conversion Rate: The stickiness of leads generated through joint events and partner referrals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 5–8 years in B2B Marketing, with at least 3 years specifically in Partner/Channel Marketing within IT Services.
  • US Market Expertise: A deep understanding of the US technology services landscape and enterprise buyer persona is mandatory.
  • Education: BBA/MBA from a reputable institution is highly preferred.
  • Strategic Storytelling: Ability to take a complex technical implementation and turn it into a compelling success story that partners want to share.
  • Technical Savvy: Familiarity with the AI landscape, QE services, and marketing stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Influence: Proven ability to influence senior executives and partner managers at global tech firms.

Why Join Narwal

  • The Architect Role: You aren't just following a playbook; you are building the partner marketing engine from the ground up.
  • Cutting Edge: Work at the forefront of AI, Data, and Digital transformation.
  • Growth & Recognition: We are a fast-scaling team where delivery excellence is our primary marketing tool.
  • Flexibility: We offer remote work options focused around our primary hubs in Hyderabad, Pune, and Bangalore.
