Partner Lifecycle Mgt Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Support the Distribution team in System & Process.
• Maintain business hygiene parameters with partners and business team.
• Circulate Commission files & COA reports on a regular basis.
• Highlight issues to enable corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to processes laid down by compliance and audit.

Competencies:

• Team player with good communication skills.
• Candidate can be from Broking / Insurance industry.
• Knowledge of General Insurance and Motor products is a must.
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of advanced Excel.

Role Objective:

• Support the commission function.
• Be metric driven.
• Enhance and increase operational efficiencies.
• Provide analysis & inputs to highlight key business performance drivers.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any stream.
