Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Partner Enablement & Operations Lead to own and scale the enablement and operational backbone of our reseller/partner ecosystem. This role is critical in ensuring partners are onboarded efficiently, activated quickly, and consistently enabled to succeed in the market.
What you'll do:
- Drive end-to-end partner onboarding in collaboration with Partner Managers, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs and activation timelines.
- Own partner activation readiness including training, certifications, and go-to-market preparedness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all partner enablement needs including webinars, sales materials, email templates, and product marketing assets
- Ensure partners represent the company accurately by adhering to standardized messaging, templates, and branding guidelines
- Lead localization efforts for priority markets by working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams
- Own program management for localization initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
- Oversee partner operations including onboarding workflows, CRM (Salesforce) hygiene, and overall system/process management
- Manage lead distribution and tracking for partners to ensure efficiency and accountability
- Continuously improve systems, processes, and playbooks to scale partner success
Who you are:
- 3–7 years of experience in partner enablement, operations, or program management roles (preferably in SaaS or B2B environments)
- Strong program management and execution skills with attention to detail
- Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
- Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, product, and partnerships teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving
- Experience working with global markets and localization efforts is a plus
