Part time telecaller

Role Description

This is a part-time internship role for a Telecaller based on-site in New Delhi. The Telecaller will engage directly with individuals and organizations to provide information, handle inquiries, and reach out to pote supporters and beneficiaries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate call records, following up on leads, and providing feedback to improve outreach strategies. The role contributes to raising awareness and building strong community connections.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with a diverse audience
• Basic knowledge of customer relationship management and call handling
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Proficiency in speaking and understanding regional languages, in addition to English, is an advantage
