Part-Time Substation Design Trainer

This is a part-time remote role for a Substation Design Trainer. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and developing course curricula, delivering training sessions, and providing instructional guidance. Day-to-day tasks will include curriculum development, creating instructional materials, conducting online training sessions, and mentoring students to enhance their design thinking abilities.

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and Instructional Design
• Experience in Curriculum Development and Teaching
• Strong Training skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Prior experience in the engineering field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, or related field
