Vin Media is a boutique creative agency in its bootstrap phase. We believe in working with people, not managing them. You will not be micromanaged or buried under layers of approvals. Our focus is on good ideas, strong writing, and meeting deadlines.

This is a part-time role, 3 hours a day and 5 days a week, for someone who understands how content works on social media, especially in the B2B space. This is an AI-assisted content role, where we provide the tools, agents, concepts, and content direction. Content calendars and post briefs will be shared in detail, so your role will focus on turning those inputs into polished, platform-ready copy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Use AI tools and internal agents to generate social media content drafts
• Turn ready concepts and detailed briefs into clean, engaging social media copy
• Edit and refine content for LinkedIn and other social platforms
• Write and polish captions, image copy, carousel copy, and post copy
• Adapt content to suit brand tone, audience, and platform
• Improve hooks, structure, clarity, and readability
• Work with a small team where your words directly shape brand communication

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Familiarity with B2B communication and tone
• Good understanding of LinkedIn content and what performs well on the platform
• Strong editing instincts and the ability to improve AI-generated drafts
• Comfort working with AI writing tools and refining outputs
• Ability to write clear, engaging social media copy from structured briefs
• Strong grasp of basic social media trends, format styles, and audience behavior
• Reliable deadline management and consistency in delivery
