Part-Time Product Design & Innovation Trainer

This is a part-time and remote role for a Product Design & Innovation Trainer. The responsibilities include conducting training sessions on product design, innovation practices, and related methodologies. The trainer will create interactive learning experiences, guide participants in applying design concepts to real-world scenarios, and evaluate their progress. Additionally, they will provide expertise in design thinking, user research, and visual design to build participant competencies.

• Proficiency in Visual Design and Product Design principles
• Strong knowledge of Design Thinking methods and UX Research techniques
• Experience conducting User Research and applying insights to innovative design solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to training and teaching roles
• Ability to effectively mentor and guide learners through practical exercises and theoretical concepts
• Prior experience in training or teaching design-related topics is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, User Experience, or related fields
