Role Overview:
We are looking for a Part-Time HR Intern to support our HR and talent operations. You will work closely with the HR team on hiring coordination, candidate communication, onboarding support, and internal HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with internship and entry-level hiring coordination
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
- Support onboarding documentation and record maintenance
- Maintain trackers, databases, and HR records using Excel
- Assist with follow-ups, email coordination, and internal reporting
- Support ongoing HR and people operations initiatives
Who You Are:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Management, or a related field (A specific degree is not mandatory if you demonstrate interest and commitment to HR)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling confidential information
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote setup
- Basic knowledge of Excel and professional communication
