Education: Masters degree with distinction, or preferably a PhD, in a STEM discipline.
Alumni of top Indian institutes such as IITs, IISc, BITS, IISERs, NITs, TIFR, CMI, JNU, DU, UoH, or CSIR institutes (IICT, CCMB, etc.).
Strong academic track record, ideally with exceptional performance in national-level exams (e.g., JEE, NEET, GATE).
