Part Time Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and visually appealing design concepts, graphics, and layouts for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, print materials, and presentations
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to translate project goals into impactful visual solutions
• Create and maintain the brand's visual identity across all design outputs
• Produce high-quality graphics in adherence to brand and design guidelines while maintaining a modern aesthetic
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices and integrate them into creative work
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for enhancing visual communication
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
• Edit and retouch images and adjust layouts as required for quality and composition
• Coordinate with external creatives such as printers, photographers, and illustrators to ensure successful delivery of projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of diverse design work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain visual ideas effectively
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Open to feedback and willing to revise designs accordingly
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and web design is an advantage
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus
• Familiarity with branding and marketing concepts is beneficial
