Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Advisor at ManipalCigna Health Insurance Company Ltd., located in Bhopal. The Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, managing dealer relationships, and maintaining inventory control processes. The role involves engaging with customers, facilitating product explanations, and addressing queries to ensure a seamless customer experience. The Advisor will play a key role in maintaining service quality and supporting overall operational effectiveness.
