Parent Relations Associate

This is a full-time on-site role for a Parent Relations Associate located in Bengaluru. The Parent Relations Associate will be responsible for managing communication between the school and parents, addressing parent inquiries and concerns, organizing parent events, and providing updates on student progress and school activities. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with teachers and staff to ensure a supportive and engaging environment for learners.

• Experience in customer relations or parent engagement roles
• Organizational and event planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Empathy and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools
• Experience working in an educational environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in education, communications, or related field
• Fluency in English and any other local languages
