We are looking for a Paralegal Manager to lead and oversee legal support operations across Scry AI's business functions. This role is critical in managing legal documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting internal and external legal processes efficiently.

Role Overview

As a Paralegal Manager at Scry AI, you will supervise a team of paralegals, manage legal workflows, and support the legal team in contract management, compliance, and documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution of legal processes in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

This role is ideal for someone with strong legal knowledge, leadership capabilities, and experience managing legal operations within a corporate or law firm setting.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Operations & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of paralegals and legal support staff
  • Allocate work, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of legal tasks
  • Establish and improve legal workflows and operational efficiency

Contract Management & Documentation

  • Oversee drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, agreements, and legal documents
  • Ensure proper version control and document management practices
  • Maintain centralized repositories for legal records and documentation

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Support regulatory compliance across jurisdictions relevant to the business
  • Assist in identifying legal risks and ensuring mitigation strategies are in place
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to legal policies

Litigation & Case Support

  • Support internal and external counsel in litigation and dispute resolution matters
  • Manage case files, documentation, and evidence tracking
  • Track deadlines, filings, and legal proceedings

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with business, finance, HR, and product teams on legal matters
  • Provide guidance on contract terms, compliance requirements, and documentation
  • Act as a bridge between legal counsel and internal teams

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong knowledge of legal documentation, contracts, and compliance processes
  • Experience managing paralegal teams or legal operations
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and legal tech platforms
  • Excellent organizational and document management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
