PAM Product Owner

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PAM Product Team to deliver secure, scalable PAM capabilities
• Define and scope PAM product solutions aligned to enterprise security strategy
• Own the PAM product roadmap, architecture direction, and long-term strategy
• Oversee PAM architecture and technical designs produced by the PAM Product Architect
• Drive adoption of PAM solutions across the business to reduce sensitive access risks
• Represent the PAM function at governance forums, steering committees, and senior leadership meetings
• Act as an ambassador for PAM across the organisation
• Work closely with audit teams to reduce findings and strengthen compliance posture
• Implement and embed a Target Operating Model covering governance, processes, and day-to-day operations
• Interface with key enterprise programmes to create synergies and align strategic objectives
• Advocate PAM capabilities through product showcases, stakeholder updates, and business communications
