What we are looking for:
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Palantir Foundry (Pipelines, Code Repositories, Ontology)
- Build and optimize Foundry transforms using Python, PySpark, and SQL
- Develop and manage operational workflows, data lineage, and monitoring
- Model enterprise data using Foundry Ontology for analytical and operational use cases
- Develop analytical applications and dashboards using Workshop, Contour, and Quiver
- Integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple enterprise sources
- Implement data quality checks, governance, and RBAC controls
- Optimize performance of pipelines and applications for large-scale datasets
- Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing operations
- Collaborate with architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders in Agile teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years of overall experience in Data Engineering / Analytics / Platform Engineering
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry
- Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL
- Experience building end-to-end data pipelines on Palantir platforms
- Strong understanding of Foundry Ontology and semantic data modeling
- Experience with operational analytics and workflow-based applications
- Good understanding of data governance, security, lineage, and access control
- Experience integrating cloud and on-premise data sources (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Exposure to batch and near real-time data processing
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
- Agile delivery experience
Good to Have
- Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Energy, Defense, or Asset-intensive domains
- Exposure to CI/CD for data pipelines or Palantir deployments
- Integration experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud-native data platforms
- Exposure to decision intelligence, operational AI, or data product implementations
- Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programs
- Palantir Foundry certification or formal Palantir enablement training
Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education
