Key Responsibilities
- Match and develop texture paint shades accurately as per samples/clients requirements
- Handle manual & machine-based colour matching
- Develop and standardize shade cards and texture samples
- Ensure batch-to-batch colour consistency
- Troubleshoot shade variations during production
- Coordinate with production and QC teams
- Maintain formulation records and lab documentation
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of texture paints, coatings, pigments & additives
- Hands-on experience in shade matching (essential)
- Understanding of quality control processes
- Ability to work independently in a factory setup
Qualification
- Any stream.
- Plus point: BSc / MSc (Chemistry) or Diploma/Degree in Paint Technology / Chemical Engineering.
