Job Title: Paint Engineer

Job Location: Gurgaon/Manesar/Kharkhoda

Required Experience: 2 - 7 Years

Required Qualification: B.Tech (Paint / Chemical) Preferred

Must Have's:

.Should have good knowledge of Paint Development process.

.Should be well versed in Color development.

.Should have good knowledge of paint testing and paint defects.

.⁠Should have good knowledge of processes in Paint Shop.

.Should have prior Lab Management experience.

Job Responsibilities:

.Handling & managing new & existing shades.

.Workability trials for new colors.

.Development of new materials - PT-ED chemicals, Sealer, PVC, SGC & Hot wax materials.

.Equipment operation & trouble shooting.

.Upgrading equipment of existing paint shops incorporating latest technology, energy efficient solutions.

.Lab Equipment performance analysis & planning for upgradation/renewal.

.Knowledge of paints, its application technology, issues & countermeasures.

.Painting robots, Online/Offline robot teaching for body & Bumper, robot & teaching issues & countermeasures.

.Designing of low viscous & high viscous material circulation system.

Technical Skill:

.Knowledge of equipment design parameters. Person should be able to analyze equipment requirement, make specification, read drawing and should be able to judge the equipment performance parameters and incorporation of new technologies.

.Ability to understand technical and commercial requirements for installation of new equipment & to evaluate alternatives with Cost-benefit analysis.

.Hands on experience on equipment set-up & commissioning.

.Layout planning with the use of software such as Auto-CAD.

.Basic electrical knowledge for electrical panel design.

.Ability to effectively communicate specific requirements with suppliers and monitor the overall development process at supplier end.

.Strategic Thinking & Strong execution orientation and problem-solving approach.
