Job Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of hardgoods projects including Home Décor, Candles, Kitchenware (Serveware, Cookware, Cutlery).
  • Ensure laboratory readiness for accreditations and smooth, effective operations.
  • Review and control lab systems to guarantee timely project execution and delivery with zero customer complaints.
  • Conduct seminars and training sessions as requested by branding teams or clients.
  • Review new enquiries, assess business potential, and drive capability development.
  • Finalize training materials ensuring quality content and preparedness for training delivery.
  • Implement new test methods or processes as required.
  • Play an active role in sales activities focused on maintaining and growing key accounts and exploring new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in metal and wooden furniture; experience in buying houses preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) with Textile or Mechanical specialization preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—to liaise effectively with buyers and sellers.
  • Expertise in the field with solid computer literacy.
  • Proven team leader with willingness to travel as needed.
  • Good understanding of product development and production processes.
