Paid Summer Interns (Six Months)

Falcon Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd., based in New Delhi with operations across India, is a leading International B2B Trade Promotion and Exhibitions Company. The organization specializes in coordinating trade shows, global investor meets, and exhibitions across industries such as IT, pharmaceuticals, engineering, auto components, textiles, and more. Annually, their events attract over 2,000 trade bodies and exhibitors and 100,000 visitors, making them a trusted name in the sector. Falcon also provides comprehensive services for international exhibitions, including visitor promotion campaigns, stand construction, and exhibition management.

This is a full-time, on-site role for Summer Interns at Falcon Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. located in Delhi, India. The interns will support the coordination and execution of trade events, assist in client management, participate in event promotion activities, and contribute to market research efforts. Additionally, interns will gain hands-on experience in designing and setting up exhibition spaces while supporting pre-event and post-event processes.

• Strong organizational and project management skills to assist with event coordination and execution
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis, with attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as client relationship management capabilities
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying responsibilities
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and basic design tools is preferred
• Interest or background in trade promotion, international exhibitions, or related industries is a plus
