What would a day in the life of a WhyThinker look like (Key Responsibilities)
- Build and manage Google Search, Shopping, YouTube and Performance Max campaigns for multiple D2C brands across the US, India and GCC
- Create structured account architectures that maximise ROAS and margin impact
- Run deep keyword mining, competitive audits and category intelligence
- Set up conversion tracking, attribution calibration and ongoing measurement
- Drive LTV focussed acquisition strategies and funnel optimisation
- Analyse performance trends daily and recommend scale or cut decisions
- Collaborate with CRO, Creative and paid social teams for full funnel alignment
- Present insights to clients with clarity and confidence
What we expect
- 2 to 4 years of strong hands on experience in Google Ads for ecommerce
- Deep understanding of search intent, demand capture and consumer behaviour
- Ability to build profitable growth plans across multiple geographies
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data platforms and attribution tools
- Experience with Shopify, GA4, GTM, feed management tools
- A mindset that thinks like an owner and optimises for profit first
