As a Paid Media Specialist, you'll be a hands-on individual contributor owning campaigns end-to-end across our portfolio of accounts. Your mission Turn ad spend into measurable revenue impact, faster and smarter than the old playbook allows.

What You'll Do

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta — with Microsoft/Bing and emerging channels as accounts grow.
  • Build full-funnel strategies — from awareness to MQL to pipeline — optimized for CAC, LTV, and revenue, not vanity metrics.
  • Own day-to-day ad ops across multiple accounts: bids, budgets, ad copy, keyword and audience optimization, and tracking infrastructure.
  • Manage budgets responsibly and prioritize where every dollar goes.

Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Run structured A/B tests, audit landing pages, and use behavioral data to lift conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Partner with design, content, and dev to ship high-converting landing pages and creative.
  • Build a culture of experimentation — every campaign is a learning loop.

Stakeholder Partnership & Reporting

  • Work directly with founders, CMOs, and growth leads to shape strategy and deliver outcomes.
  • Translate data into clear narratives — dashboards, weekly reports, and quarterly business reviews that drive decisions.
  • Collaborate across time zones with stakeholders in the US, APAC, and Australia.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Expertise

  • 2-3 years as an individual contributor in performance marketing, ideally with B2B SaaS, fintech, or tech accounts in an agency or in-house growth setting.
  • Must-have: Hands-on experience managing spend on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta.
  • Required: Google Ads certified.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Fluent in the metrics that matter: CAC, LTV, pipeline contribution, MQL to SQL conversion, ROAS.
  • ABM and programmatic experience is a strong plus.

  • Strong English communication: Written and spoken English fluency is essential — you'll be writing ad copy, landing page content, and reports, and presenting directly to international stakeholders across the US, APAC, and Australia.
  • AI Specialist Mindset: Demonstrable, hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, and others) in your day-to-day workflow — for ad copy, audience research, creative ideation, reporting, and automation. You don't just use AI; you've built workflows around it.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: You can defend a strategy with numbers and kill a campaign when the data says so.
  • Stakeholder-Ready: Polished, professional, and confident in front of senior leaders. You can hold your own on a call with a CMO.
  • Curious & Experimental: You treat ad accounts like labs, not assembly lines.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable in a remote, fast-moving environment where priorities shift quickly.
  • Collaborative: Strong communicator across creative, content, and engineering teams.
