About The Role
We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join our in-house team and take ownership of paid performance across search, shopping, social, and display channels. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll be responsible for driving profitable customer acquisition, scaling revenue, and continually improving ROAS for a premium menswear brand with a strong identity and loyal customer base.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, thrives on data, and understands how performance marketing fits within a wider brand and product story.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Performance
- Lead the paid media strategy across Paid Search & Shopping, Paid Social, and Digital Display
- Own performance against revenue, CPA, ROAS, and efficiency targets
- End-to-end implementation: campaign setup, optimisation, tracking, reporting, and insight
- Continuously test and evolve tactics across platforms, audiences, creatives, and formats
- Accurately forecast performance and budget delivery across accounts and markets
- Ensure paid media supports wider brand, trading, and promotional objectives.
Platforms & Channels
- Own and manage all paid activity across platforms, including Google, YouTube, Microsoft (Bing), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Criteo, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
- Manage and optimise product feeds and shopping strategies in collaboration with merchandising and e-commerce teams
- Maintain expert knowledge of platform automation, bidding strategies, and industry best practices
- Oversee the use of 3rd-party tools and technology to drive efficiency and insight
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key paid media contact for senior stakeholders across the wider team
- Translate performance data into clear, commercial insights for non-specialist audiences
- Build strong relationships with external partners and suppliers

- Strong practical expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social platforms
- Commercially driven with a clear understanding of performance metrics and margin
- Proven ability to manage meaningful budgets profitably
- Highly analytical, with strong numerical and data interpretation skills

Experience & Knowledge
Essential
- Proven experience (5years +) managing Paid Search & Shopping and Paid Social campaigns
- In-depth understanding of paid media implementation and optimisation
- Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
- Understanding of the wider paid media ecosystem and channel interaction
Desirable
- Experience in fashion, menswear, or e-commerce
- Feed management and shopping expertise
- Experience working with creative teams on ad assets
- Experience working closely with CRO and Analytics teams
- Advanced Excel/reporting skills (Looker Studio a plus)
