About the Role
We're looking for a responsible digital marketing mind and soul not just someone who runs ads, but someone who sees the bigger picture:
Thinks of platforms as ecosystems and a funnel, not just fragmented ad spaces
Balances data with storytelling where content sparks attention and analytics sharpen direction
Measures what truly matters, separating vanity metrics from valuable growth parameters, controlling leakage and planning scale
Understands how omnichannel attribution models can be built
Enjoys analyzing algorithms, debating attribution models, staying current with the emerging trends in the industry or reverse-engineering customer journeys for fun
What you'll bring
A degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
Familiarity with Meta, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar analytics platforms.
A basic understanding of web technologies and tracking implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for simplifying complex data.
Who We're Looking For
3-5 years of experience in brand management,D2C business
Proven track record of successful product launches and brand-led growth.
