Position Overview:
We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to develop and execute effective digital advertising campaigns with quality lead generation as objective for our clients who are majorly into real estate vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for managing paid media initiatives across multiple platforms, optimizing campaign performance, analyzing results, and providing strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital advertising, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive measurable results through data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Optimization & Analysis: Review and optimize campaigns based on in-depth analysis and strategic objectives. Implement sophisticated optimization techniques to maximize performance and ROI.
Client Communication & Reporting: Communicate campaign strategies, performance updates, and optimizations effectively to clients and internal stakeholders. Translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Create and maintain comprehensive campaign dashboards that showcase performance metrics and trends. Extract meaningful insights from campaign data to drive strategic decisions.
Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency and campaign effectiveness. Stay current with industry trends and new platform features to implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
Proven track record of campaign optimization resulting in improved performance metrics
Strong analytical abilities with experience in data interpretation and strategic decision-making
Exceptional communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning
Experience with analytics tools, bid management platforms, and marketing automation systems is a plus
