Job Title - Senior Manager, B2B Paid Media
Shift schedule - 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST (4 day WFO, 1 day WFH)
Location - Kharadi, Pune 411014
The Role
Hands-on paid media lead managing Search, Social, and Programmatic across Unbound IA's B2B client portfolio. Multi-client agency role — you'll run campaigns for midsize and enterprise B2B accounts simultaneously across verticals, compliance environments, and buying committee structures. Execution first, strategy second: inside platforms daily, but also owning channel mix, testing roadmaps, and client performance narratives focused on pipeline and revenue.
Who You Are
• Engineer by temperament. You build systems, automate reporting, and find data anomalies before the client does.
• Genuinely AI-forward — you've tested AI bidding strategies, automated creative workflows, or built tooling that replaced manual processes.
• Detail-obsessed: UTMs, conversion tracking, naming conventions, budget pacing. You catch the small errors before they become expensive ones.
• Think in data. Pivot tables, A/B tests, and client-ready explanations — all fluent.
What You'll Own
Paid Search (Primary)
• Set up, build, manage, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising across multiple B2B accounts simultaneously.
• Own keyword strategy, ad group architecture, bidding, and Quality Score optimization.
• Manage Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and YouTube where applicable.
• Configure offline conversion tracking (GCLID passback to Salesforce/HubSpot) to optimize toward SQLs and pipeline.
Paid Social
• Set up, run full-funnel paid social on LinkedIn (primary) and Meta — firmographic targeting, ABM lists, CRM-based custom audiences.
• Develop Thought Leader Ads, Document Ads, and Conversation Ads for high-touch ABM accounts.
• Activate and test Reddit and Quora campaigns for niche B2B communities.
Client Communication & Compliance
• Weekly performance updates and monthly strategic reviews with data-backed recommendations.
• Maintain campaign records and audit trails; stay current on platform policies and privacy restrictions.
Must-Have Qualifications
• 5+ years hands-on paid search — B2B, multi-account, global campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. Deep technical fluency required.
• 3+ years paid social — B2B, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Business Manager. Firmographic targeting, ABM lists, CRM syncs, buying committee strategies.
• Deep analytics: GA4, Looker Studio, BI tools. Build dashboards, configure conversion events, troubleshoot attribution.
• CRM/martech stack knowledge: Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent. Lead lifecycle, MQL/SQL definitions, CRM-to-platform data flows.
