We are hiring a highly experienced PPC Head / Head of Performance Marketing to lead our paid media division and manage high-budget international campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead PPC and performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, Display, and Programmatic platforms.
- Scale Ecommerce and lead generation campaigns focused on ROAS, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.
- Optimize campaigns, budgets, audiences, funnels, and conversion tracking.
- Drive Performance Max, Shopping Ads, remarketing, feed management, and retention strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance, reporting, attribution, and forecasting.
- Lead and mentor the PPC team while managing client communication and strategy discussions.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of agency experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.
- Strong Ecommerce marketing expertise is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, Merchant Center, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, and Programmatic platforms.
- Experience handling large international ad budgets.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and client management skills.
