Key Responsibility

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies that align with client objectives and maximize ROAS and ROI.

Campaign Execution And Optimization

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Lead Generation

  • Run effective lead generation campaigns on Google and Facebook to drive client acquisition goals.

New Channel Identification

  • Identify and explore new paid channels to expand campaign reach and effectiveness.

Campaign Management And Reporting

  • Execute hands-on campaign structuring, setup, and provide final reporting/analysis for clients.

Client Collaboration

Mediate with clients on a regular basis to understand their requirements and align strategies accordingly.

App Campaigns

  • Manage and optimize app campaigns when applicable, adding value to the client's media strategy.

Performance Analysis

  • Analyze campaign data to provide insights and make data-driven adjustments to improve performance.

Team Mentorship

  • Support and mentor junior paid media specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with SEO, content, analytics, tech and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and messaging.

Training And Development

  • Conduct training sessions to upskill team members on paid media platforms, strategies, and new trends.

Experience

  • Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in paid media management, with a focus on performance campaigns.
  • At least 5+ years of experience managing Google and Meta campaigns.
  • App Campaign Management is added advantage
  • Shopify, GMC expertise is plus.
