Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Setup & Management: Assist with campaign execution across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Optimization Learning: Learn bid management, audience targeting, and ad creative optimization.
- Performance Analysis: Support monitoring of KPIs, CTR, and conversions using Google Analytics.
- Budget Monitoring: Track campaign spends and pacing according to media plans.
- Ad Operations: Help implement tracking tags and ensure proper delivery across channels.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative and account teams to align on campaign goals.
- Skill Development: Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and analytical tools.
Minimum Requirements:
- Prior theoretical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory).
- Understanding of LinkedIn Ads (preferred).
- Availability for a full-time, on-site internship.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in performance marketing.
- Candidates lacking basic platform knowledge will not be considered.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Platform Understanding: Google Ads, Meta Ads (LinkedIn a plus).
- Analytical Mindset: Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Excel Skills: Basic proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP a plus).
- Communication: Ability to write clear emails, take meeting notes (MoMs), and interact professionally.
- Discipline & Drive: Sharp, logical, eager to learn, and committed to long-term growth in digital marketing.
