About the Role
A hands-on paid media role managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for real estate clients, with a core focus on lead generation, cost efficiency, and lead quality.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and Meta Ads (Lead Gen, Retargeting, Traffic) campaigns end-to-end.
- Monitor and improve key metrics daily CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality.
- Manage audience strategies including custom, lookalike, and retargeting segments tailored to HNI buyers.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audiences to drive continuous improvement.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Meta Pixel, GTM, and GA4.
- Deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Brief and review creatives, ensuring luxury brand standards are maintained across all ads.
Requirements
- 13 years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience, ideally in real estate or luxury sectors.
- Proven lead generation results with defined CPL targets.
- Solid grasp of tracking setup GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
