You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling paid campaigns across digital platforms, working closely with our creative and strategy teams to ensure performance and brand intent move together.

What You'll Do- Plan, execute, and optimizepaid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms
- Own campaign performance end-to-end:audience research, targeting, budgeting, optimization, and reporting
- Translate business and brand objectives intoclear performance strategies(leads, awareness, engagement, conversions)
- Continuously monitor metrics likeCPL, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and optimize accordingly
- Manage and allocatead budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI
- Collaborate with creative teams to guidead formats, messaging, and iterationsbased on performance insights
- Prepareclear, actionable performance reportsand insights for internal teams and stakeholders
- Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and emerging paid marketing practices
What We're Looking For- 34 years of experience inpaid/performance marketing
- Strong working knowledge ofMeta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics tools, and performance dashboards
- Ability to thinkstrategically and analytically, not just execute briefs
- Comfort with numbers, experimentation, and performance-led decision-making
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving agency environment
