Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Paid Campaign Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Bing Ads, and should understand e-commerce campaign structures, CRM integrations, GA4 insights, Tag Manager setups, and Firebase events tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and Bing Ads, App Install.
  • Manage Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Remarketing, and App Campaigns.
  • Create and optimize e-commerce performance campaigns including PMax, Dynamic Ads, Catalog Ads, and RLSA.

Analytics & Tracking

  • Set up and maintain tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Implement conversion tracking, enhanced e-commerce tracking, and custom events.
  • Monitor user behavior and performance analytics through Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Work with Firebase for app event tracking and campaign attribution.

CRM & Data Integration

  • Integrate campaign data with CRM platforms (Clever tap, Firebase, Mix Panel)
  • Manage audience segmentation, lead routing, automated workflows, and remarketing list creation.

Optimization & Reporting

  • Conduct daily performance audits: CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Optimize budget allocation across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience sets.

Collaboration

  • Coordinate with marketing, design, content, and tech teams for seamless execution.
  • Work closely with developers for GTM, event firing, and app tracking.
  • Communicate campaign insights and growth strategies to leadership.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management workflows.
  • Hands-on expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Firebase.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce marketing, funnels, and customer journeys.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Data Studio/Looker Studio.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
