Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid marketing channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to generate high-quality leads, improve conversions, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
- Perform A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
- Manage display ads, search ads, remarketing campaigns, and video ads.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
- Optimize ad budgets to achieve maximum ROI and lead generation.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and insights for management.
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to create effective ad creatives and landing pages.
SEO Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
- Optimize website pages for on-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking.
- Implement technical SEO improvements such as page speed optimization, schema markup, and mobile optimization.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies and improve domain authority.
- Track and improve keyword rankings and organic traffic.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube Ads).
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with Google Analytics and campaign performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better ROAS and conversions.
- SEO Work experience
Preferred Skills
- Experience running lead generation campaigns for healthcare or service-based industries.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Google Ads certifications are an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
