Job Title: Paid Ads Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Paid Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our paid advertising campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms — with a focus on maximizing ROI, lead generation, and brand visibility.
You'll work closely with the marketing and design teams to craft high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and performance reports that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
1 Campaign Strategy & Planning:
● Develop, plan, and execute paid media strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
● Define campaign goals, audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid strategies. ● Conduct market and competitor research to identify new ad opportunities.
2 Campaign Execution & Optimization:
● Set up, monitor, and optimize PPC and paid social campaigns to meet performance goals.
● Continuously test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for maximum conversions. ● Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and daily performance tracking. ● Apply A/B testing, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies to improve results.
3 Analytics & Performance Tracking:
● Track key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
● Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. ● Use data-driven insights to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI.
4 Collaboration & Strategy Alignment:
● Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to develop impactful ad creatives.
● Coordinate with global teams (India, UAE, USA) to localize ad strategies.
● Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and new advertising tools.
5 Innovation & Experimentation:
● Explore new ad platforms (YouTube, Twitter/X, Programmatic, Display networks).
● Test new campaign types — Performance Max, Shopping Ads, Video Ads, etc.
● Recommend new growth opportunities through paid media experimentation.
Required Skills & Expertise:
● 3–5 years of proven experience in managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
● Strong understanding of PPC strategies, conversion tracking, and retargeting funnels.
● Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
● Hands-on experience with keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner).
● Excellent analytical, reporting, and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
● Strong creative and strategic thinking ability.
● Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Educational Qualification:
● Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. ● Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Performance Marketing preferred.
