Job Summary:
Chandigarh University is seeking a performance-driven Paid Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, maximizing ROI, and strengthening the university's digital presence through strategic paid media initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase lead generation and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize ads for maximum ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
- Manage budgets efficiently and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Collaborate with content, design, and admissions teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
- 510 years of experience in paid media management (education sector experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.
- Expertise in conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and performance optimization.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
