Summary

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall efficiency of application management, ensuring that all features are optimized for user experience and operational effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to write clear and concise documentation for application processes.
  
  

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
