As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall success of application deployment and management, ensuring that all systems operate smoothly and efficiently.

ASP.NET MVC Framework: Proficiency in developing and managing enterprise-grade applications.

React.js Framework: Expertise in front-end development and creating dynamic user interfaces.

Microsoft SQL Server: Strong database management and integration skills.

Application Deployment Tools & Automation: Experience in streamlining deployment pipelines and automating processes.

Web Application Architecture & Design Patterns: Deep understanding of scalable and efficient application design.

Defect Analysis & Management: Skills in RCA (Root Cause Analysis), defect triage, and test script validation.

Front-End Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web development.

Version Control & Branching Strategies: Expertise in Git for managing code repositories.

GenAI Integration: Familiarity with integrating GenAI APIs into ASP.NET applications and ensuring security and governance.

Azure DevOps: Experience in managing CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
