Summary

As a Salesforce Agentforce Engineer, you will design, build, and configure intelligent agent-based solutions using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes. You will contribute as a senior developer, supporting the development and deployment of Salesforce agents aligned with business requirements.

This role requires strong Salesforce development fundamentals along with hands-on exposure to Agentforce capabilities. You will collaborate with team members to implement agent workflows, integrations, and configurations while ensuring quality and adherence to platform best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement Salesforce agents using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.

Build agent workflows, prompts, and orchestration logic.

Develop supporting Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, and Flows.

Collaborate with functional teams to understand agent use cases.

Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data and external systems.

Participate in technical discussions and solution design activities.

Follow Agentforce implementation standards and best practices.

Assist in testing, deployment, and validation of agent solutions.

Support defect resolution and optimization activities.

Document agent configurations and technical flows.

Continuously learn new Agentforce features and AI capabilities.

Strong Salesforce development skills.

Hands-on Experience With

• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Understanding of conversational AI fundamentals.

Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Certifications Required

Salesforce Platform Developer I Mandatory

Salesforce Administrator Preferred

Agentforce Specialist Preferred or In Progress

Additional Information

Salesforce AI Associate Preferred

35 years of Salesforce experience.

Exposure to Agentforce implementation projects is preferred.

Experience working in Agile teams.

15 years of full-time education is required.
