Summary
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing application releases, and ensuring the stability of the systems. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with the specific needs of the business while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. Your role will require collaboration with different teams to ensure that the applications function optimally and meet user expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of the applications.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Experience with Oracle Applications Development.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues efficiently.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
