Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. You will engage with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Sentinel. - Experience with cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks. - Strong understanding of application integration and deployment processes. - Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their application in business solutions. - Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Sentinel. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
