Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage with various stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management. - Strong understanding of scripting and automation techniques. - Familiarity with application programming interfaces and integration methods. - Experience in managing software releases and version control. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft PowerShell. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
