Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs, and implementing solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining system performance and compatibility. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing application functionalities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM. - Strong understanding of application configuration and support. - Experience with low-code platforms and APIs for application integration. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively. - Familiarity with system stability and performance optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
